Negatives are almost for ever. Pixels go away. It is not hating, it is reality. Ask me about my first pictures on a digital camera.. they are now converted into digital ghost dust or something like that. The card that stored them got corrupted inside my archive, after 10 years. I have my grandfather’s negatives from 1940, and I can scan them, print them, enlarge them… whatever I want. No problem at all.
